London, UK – 25th October 2016 – BCSG has further enhanced its cloud service marketplace, today announcing its participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program.

It’s no secret that Microsoft Office is one of the most widely used productivity applications worldwide. For service providers, being able to deliver the best possible customer experience around this has become critical.

Enter BCSG.

Bolstering its growing reputation as a reliable cloud service broker trusted by top-flight global partners, BCSG continues to invest and develop its Microsoft CSP capabilities.

Cloud service providers can now partner with BCSG to get to market faster, cheaper and more easily, to offer core Microsoft products including Office 365, OneDrive and Exchange.

BCSG’s fully-customisable cloud services brokerage platform allows cloud service providers to provision and manage Microsoft product licences, own and control the billing, and even sell integrated offers and services – both via assisted sales and a public, feature-reach self-serve marketplace.

Bundling Microsoft products with other cloud software is a great way to meet specific customer needs, and offers a compelling reason to engage interest.

BCSG is one of the best-placed brokers in the market to facilitate the creation of custom-made bundles, by giving cloud service providers access to a raft of other cloud applications, from security to file sharing, which can all be wrapped around the sale of Microsoft Office 365.

Brands including Norton, Dropbox and WebEx are amongst those included in BCSG’s catalogue of over 100 service vendor partners – however of particular interest to cloud service providers will be BCSG’s strategic partnerships with global domain providers such as GoDaddy and 101domain.

These domain seller relationships allow for the bundling of a domain name with Office 365, in a highly optimised user experience and purchasing journey that integrates domain selection with CSP provisioning.

Speaking of the announcement, BCSG Managing Director John Davis said, ‘We are thrilled to be part of Microsoft’s CSP program. Service providers across the globe are recognising the importance of offering Microsoft’s cloud services to their business customers, and with our platform now CSP enabled, we can make it easy for them to include the Microsoft office suite alongside the other cloud services they offer, helping to address the ICT needs of their business customers.
