Sage joins forces with Royal Mail, OneSaaS and MyBusinessWorks to extend its services to small businesses

Leading business software and services provider Sage has announced a string of new partnerships with leading UK brands, as part of its hugely successful Sage One Partner Programme.

OneSaaS, Royal Mail and BCSG will join Google and Microsoft as part of an initiative to empower UK businesses by providing access to a holistic suite of business tools and services, streamlined integration with other third party applications, and more flexibility to mix and match apps to suit specific business needs.

Joining its API partner programme, OneSaas, a Software-as-a-Service provider, has added Sage’s flagship suite of online services for small businesses, Sage One to its core service platform – allowing Sage One customers access to over 50 popular services for businesses on OneSaaS, including Sales Force and eBay.

Jeff Perlman, CEO of OneSaaS added,  “We welcome Sage One to our integration platform – a big step for enabling businesses across the UK to fully take advantage of cloud services.  With Sage One and OneSaas working together, businesses can now automate their accounting data with their ecommerce, CRM, email marketing and invoicing services.  Manual data entry and the overhead costs of managing the multiple software services essential to running a small business are no longer necessary — we are helping businesses be efficient and frugal so they can survive and thrive.”

Both Royal Mail and BCSG’s small business management package, MyBusinessWorks join as commercial partners, in a joint vision to help small British businesses grow.

The partnerships will enable Sage One to target new customers with its market leading product, extend its reach to new markets and improve its customer satisfaction.  Small businesses will benefit from easy access to tools needed to run their business, better functionality and better integration with other services.

Nick Goode, Head of Sage One said of the programme, “Our vision is to partner with other innovative providers to build a holistic set of software and services, where regardless of location or device – as long as you have a good internet connection – you have all the tools needed to run your business, regardless of what it is, effectively and efficiently, with Sage One is at the heart of it all.

“The success of our Partner Programme is testament to just how valuable this initiative is for our clients.  As one of the few RTI-ready payroll packages, we have more of a responsibility than ever to provide support and tools that will help this year be a success for enterprise. Our aim is simple – it’s about making business easy for our customers.”

The Royal Mail launched Simple Ways To Grow as an initiative to provide UK businesses with 0-10 employees access to services and discounted offers from market leading vendors.  With no Payroll function in the proposition, the Royal Mail turned to Sage’s flagship suite of online services for small businesses, Sage One for a solution.

Similarly, Sage One’s online payroll service features as the only Payroll software available through MyBusinessWorks and is designed specifically for UK small business owners who want to take control of their business processes and maximise time and productivity.

Sage One is also unveiling a wider partner programme for accountants and bookkeepers, referral and marketing partners, resellers and co-brand partners. The Sage One Referral Scheme, giving partners the opportunity to grow the Sage community and be rewarded for their efforts, as well as giving access to Sage’s impressive customer base.
